SoakBlitz accepts returns or exchanges for items purchased through https://soakblitz.com within 15 days of the purchase date, under the following conditions:
- No visible signs of damage or excessive use
- All original packaging is intact
- Item is in original condition
Any signs of misuse, damage, or alteration may void eligibility for return or exchange.
Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 15 days from the purchase date.
Certain items may be exempt from returns for safety or hygiene reasons.
To begin a return, we may require proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation email and order number.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the same process as a return. Contact support@soakblitz.com with your order number and reason for the exchange.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
If returning an item valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. SoakBlitz cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking confirmation.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification regarding approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within a few business days:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary.
- Contact your bank for additional processing details.
If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please email support@soakblitz.com so we can assist you further.
Gifts
If an item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you may receive store credit equal to the return value once the returned item is received and approved.
If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact support@soakblitz.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged product
- Photos of the packaging
We use tracking and delivery confirmation timestamps to review all damage claims.
